Dr. Kazi is the Clinical Lead of BayWest Family Health Organization (FHO), where he plays a key role in advancing team-based, high-quality primary care. Under his leadership, the clinic emphasizes accessibility, continuity of care, and collaborative practice to better serve the community. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kazi is actively involved in medical education. He is an Assistant Professor at Queen's University and a Lecturer at University of Toronto, where he mentors and teaches medical students and trainees. His passion for education reflects his commitment to shaping the next generation of physicians while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
Dr. Kazi has a special interest in lifestyle medicine, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and metabolic health. As part of his commitment to personalized care, he is a certified DNA Diet, Fitness, and Health Coach and offers lifestyle DNA testing. This service provides individualized insights into diet, fitness, and nutrient metabolism, supporting more tailored and effective lifestyle recommendations. He integrates these insights with each patient’s medical history and goals to develop practical, evidence-informed care plans, emphasizing that genetics are only one component of overall health.

Dr. Adil has more than a decade of experience as a general practitioner. She completed her medical school training in Karachi, Pakistan, and established her practice as a general practitioner in Karachi. After marriage, she moved to Bahrain to join her husband and continued working as a general practitioner, gaining valuable experience in various healthcare settings. In 2021, she immigrated to Canada with her husband and two lovely boys and successfully completed her family medicine residency training at the University of Toronto.
She enjoys playing badminton and dining out with her family and friends in her spare time.
She is a dedicated and empathetic physician who strives to create a supportive environment where her patients feel valued and heard. She has a strong interest in preventative medicine and aims to work with patients and families to build rapport.
Driven by a passion for medicine, Dr. Malik has gained valuable experience working across various healthcare settings before completing her Family Medicine residency at Western University in 2024.
Dr. Malik is committed to developing a comprehensive primary care practice. Her services include office-based care, clinical procedures, ambulatory care, home visits, women's health, and surgical assistance at the hospital. She is highly attuned to the cultural, racial, gender, and socioeconomic contexts of Ontario's diverse population.
Dr. Malik is particularly interested in the applications of artificial intelligence and technology applications in primary care and has a special focus on the care of immigrant and refugee populations. Her diverse experiences have instilled in her a drive to provide holistic and inclusive healthcare to all her patients.
